About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established local law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for its thriving property team in Ilford. The role offers a hybrid working model within modern offices equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology and client parking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Draft and review conveyancing documents, leases and related legal agreements.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear advice on residential property matters.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors, paralegals and secretaries to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a private practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience across a wide range of residential property matters.
• Motivation to progress and grow within a successful property team.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
