Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

About the role

Our client, a long‑established Legal 500‑recognised law firm in the South East, is expanding its Residential Property team. The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative environment and will be trusted to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Manage shared‑ownership and other specialised residential property matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from strong team support.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures.
• Familiarity with freehold, leasehold, remortgage and equity transfer processes.
