We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy practice in Maidstone. Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in Residential Property.
• Strong communication and client‑care abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of handling a busy caseload.
• Team‑oriented with a professional approach.
