Residential Property Surveyor – Flexible Hybrid Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Surveyor to join our growing team in Leeds. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel within a sensible area, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality property surveys while we handle all administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential pre‑acquisition surveys and produce clear, professional reports.
• Utilise modern tablet‑based reporting systems to capture data efficiently.
• Maintain a quality‑focused workload with minimal administrative burden.
• Provide expert witness reports, stock condition surveys, or specialist surveying instructions as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience carrying out residential property surveys.
• RICS, CABE or CIOB qualification (or equivalent).
• Degree in Building Surveying, Building Pathology or a related discipline.
• Excellent report‑writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
