Residential Sales Manager – Property Sales & Listings

About the role

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join the William H Brown estate agency team in Gorleston. This position offers industry‑leading training, strong earning potential and a clear career pathway within one of the UK’s most recognised property services businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Win new instructions and list properties for market while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Maximise opportunities to book appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

Required profile

• Previous estate agency experience (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Confidence in generating new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
