Residential Support Worker – Term‑time Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

This residential support worker position helps children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities build confidence, develop independence, and achieve new milestones. The role is term‑time only (39 weeks per year) with the option to work Monday‑to‑Friday, giving you free weekends and school holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to children and young adults in a residential setting.
• Encourage personal development, independence, and confidence through tailored activities.
• Assist with daily routines, personal care, and educational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

• Kind, patient and eager to learn.
• Willingness to undergo full training and professional development.
• Ability to work Monday‑to‑Friday during term time.
