Residential Support Worker – Term‑time, Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Lingfield, Surrey. The role is term‑time only (39 weeks per year) and can be Monday‑to‑Friday, offering a balanced work‑life schedule while supporting children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day residential support to children and young adults, fostering confidence and independence.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Promote social, emotional and educational development through tailored activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all residents at all times.

Required profile

• Kind, patient and eager to learn – no prior care experience required.
• Commitment to work term‑time only, Monday‑to‑Friday.
• Enthusiasm for supporting children with special educational needs.
