Residential Support Worker – Term‑time, Monday‑Friday

About the role
This is a term‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position supporting children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities in a residential setting. You will help them build confidence, develop independence, and achieve personal milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day personal care and assistance.
- Support educational and recreational activities.
- Promote independence and life‑skills development.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
Required profile
- Kind, patient, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work term‑time only (39 weeks per year).
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule.
- No prior care experience required.

- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
