Residential Surveyor – Bournemouth

About the role

Connells Survey and Valuation is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join its Bournemouth team. You will carry out mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys, delivering clear reports that help lenders and homeowners make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards.
• Prepare accurate, detailed valuation and survey reports for clients and lenders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Manage your diary and workload independently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Required profile

• Qualified as AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS.
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys is preferred, though training is provided.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to expand expertise.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RICS standards and valuation methodology.
