Residential Surveyor – Bristol

About the role

Connells Survey & Valuation is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join its Bristol team. You will carry out mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 property surveys, delivering accurate reports that help lenders and homeowners make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards and company quality benchmarks.
• Prepare clear, detailed valuation and survey reports for clients and lenders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders and internal teams throughout each assignment.
• Manage your diary and workload independently, ensuring timely completion of surveys.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy and customer service.

Required profile

• Qualified as AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS.
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to expand technical knowledge.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to work autonomously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality survey outputs.
