Residential Surveyor – Hull

About the role

Connells Survey and Valuation is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join its Hull team. You will carry out mortgage valuations as well as Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys, providing clear and accurate reports for lenders and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards.
• Prepare detailed valuation and survey reports for clients and lenders.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Manage your diary and workload independently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Required profile

• RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS).
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys is preferred, with training provided if needed.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to expand skills.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to work autonomously.
