Residential Surveyor – Level 2 Surveys (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to deliver Level 2 home surveys for our client in the St Austell area. The role is remote‑friendly and offers progression to Level 3 surveys and further professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
• Undertake Red Book valuations
• Conduct Level 3 surveys (training provided)
• Produce clear, accurate, client‑focused reports
• Manage own workload and diary independently
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
• Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions

Required profile

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification
• Experience completing Level 2 surveys
• Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, self‑motivated and detail‑focused
• Full UK driving licence
