Residential Surveyor – Part‑time Remote (2 days/week)

About the role
We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a thriving chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis. Working a minimum of two days per week, you will operate remotely from your home, covering a 25‑mile radius around Enfield to deliver homebuyer surveys and mortgage valuations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys for private clients.
- Undertake mortgage valuations for lenders.
- Prepare accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software.
- Provide expert advice in line with RICS standards.
- Manage your own diary and workload while maintaining high service levels.
Required profile
- AssocRICS qualification or higher.
- Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience.
- VRS registration.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

- Up to £100,000 OTE with a generous 50‑55% fee split.
