Resource Coordinator

About the role

This 5‑month PAYE contract supports Marshall Land Systems' UK Operations team in Cambridge. As a Resource Coordinator you will help drive operational performance by overseeing onboarding, planning, compliance, allocation and utilisation of production personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Heads of Operations and Production Managers on workforce planning, reporting and operational readiness.
• Own and continuously improve onboarding and induction processes for operations staff.
• Manage time‑booking, clocking and attendance, resolving escalations and ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate training programmes with internal and external providers.
• Produce standard and ad‑hoc management reports to aid operational and financial decisions.
• Provide resource data and insights for team meetings and planning activities.
• Arrange business travel for the operations team.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communicator capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Appreciation of budget control, cost centres and relevant regulatory & Health & Safety requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using reporting tools and office systems for data analysis.
