Responsible Investment Program Manager

About the role

Fisher Investments Institutional Group is seeking a Responsible Investment Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its ESG, sustainable, impact and SRI investment offerings. You will shape product roadmaps, define strategy, and ensure the firm’s ESG solutions meet evolving client and regulatory demands.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop ESG product strategy, roadmap and business cases with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for equity and fixed‑income ESG product design and enhancement.
• Create external product positioning, value propositions and key messaging for FI’s ESG and investment processes.
• Assist the Responsible Investments team with client and prospect requests and act as an internal ESG expert for training.
• Maintain expertise in shifting ESG regulatory trends, industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor market developments from third‑party reporting frameworks, ESG labels and external organisations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in ESG product development, investment management or manager research.
• Strong understanding of global equity markets, institutional investors and portfolio management techniques.
• In‑depth knowledge of ESG‑related investor and regulatory trends in the EU (e.g., SFDR), UK and US.
• Passion for responsible investments and asset management.
