Restaurant General Manager – Edinburgh

About the role

As the Restaurant General Manager at KFC Edinburgh, you will lead the outlet from the front, taking full ownership of performance, guest experience and team culture. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting KPIs and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, cost control, staffing and compliance.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Develop, train and motivate a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage administrative duties such as rostering, stock control and reporting.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that turns first‑time visitors into regulars.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
