Restaurant Manager – Full-time Shift Leader

About the role

Join Raising Cane’s as a Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations. You will help maintain the brand’s high standards while delivering a fun, fast‑paced dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader and manage shift operations.
• Open and close the restaurant, handling cash and ensuring accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Use required tools, forms and logs to document shift performance and take corrective action.
• Direct and motivate crew members throughout the shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve guest issues.
• Administer reward and recognition programmes for crew.
• Authorize employee functions that require manager approval (discounts, promotions, time‑clock overrides).
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment with physical activity.
