Restaurant Operations Manager (Hourly)

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence across the London outlet. You will act as manager on duty, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly while upholding the brand’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, managing cash handling and accountability.
• Lead shift meetings, enforce policies, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Deploy crew members, provide coaching, and recognise performance.
• Handle manager‑level approvals such as discounts, promotions, and time‑clock overrides.
• Maintain a clean, well‑functioning facility and address corrective actions promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age with GCSEs or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
