About the role

As a Team Member at Manna, you will work across both kitchen and guest‑facing areas, helping to prepare and serve bold American comfort food while delivering a welcoming, energetic experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients and cooking methods.
• Prepare, cook and present food to Manna’s quality standards.
• Deliver friendly, efficient hospitality to every guest.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation.
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, quick‑service restaurants or customer‑facing environments (preferred but not essential).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Eager to learn new skills and develop within a growing business.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to get involved.
