Restaurant Team Member – Guest Service Role

About the role

Join the team at The Anchor Beefeater in Scunthorpe as a Restaurant Team Member. You will be the friendly first point of contact for guests, helping them settle in and enjoy their meals. The position starts immediately and does not require prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.
• Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and follow health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliable and able to work 25 hours per week.
• Good communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Available to start immediately; no prior experience needed.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are required; full training will be provided.
