Restructuring Advisory Graduate

About the role

Join KR8 Advisory’s three‑year graduate programme and work on real business and capital challenges within the restructuring division of K3 Advisory Group. You will receive expert mentoring, ACCA support and clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team on Business and Capital Advisory engagements, including financial analysis, report preparation and stakeholder interaction.
• Work on multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery.
• Prepare pitch documents to support business development and assist with ad‑hoc internal tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject such as Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Maths, Sciences or Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
