Restructuring Advisory Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice to recruit a Restructuring Advisory Manager for its Leeds team. The role centres on advisory‑led restructuring, offering exposure to high‑profile assignments and the chance to work on both Leeds‑based and London‑facing mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) to assess financial health and strategic options.
• Develop cash‑flow management and liquidity planning solutions for distressed clients.
• Support accelerated M&A and distressed transaction processes.
• Provide debt advisory, negotiate with stakeholders, and structure financing arrangements.
• Assist on complex, high‑profile administrations where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CPI/JIEB certified.
• Experience within a recognised restructuring or advisory team.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience coaching or mentoring junior staff.
• Based in Leeds or fully committed to working on‑site in Leeds.
