Restructuring Manager

About the role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Restructuring Manager to join a highly regarded advisory firm, leading a varied portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements while working closely with lenders, investors and company directors. The role provides significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and a clear pathway for career progression within a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
• Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash‑flow forecasting assignments.
• Support businesses, lenders and other stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
• Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional work.
• Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
• Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.

Required profile

• Hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or JIEB.
• Previous experience within restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes.
