Retail Account Manager – Luxury Skincare

About the role

Seed to Skin Tuscany, the luxury skincare brand born from the award‑winning Borgo Santo Pietro estate, is looking for a Retail Account Manager to lead its flagship presence at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales, delivering premium client experiences, and managing the treatment residency programme.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for retail and treatment revenue.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to grow the local market.
• Provide world‑class customer service, conduct personalised skincare consultations and build a loyal client base.
• Manage treatment bookings, therapist schedules and ensure the highest standards of treatment delivery.
• Support press events, founder appearances, VIP activations and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock levels, testers and sampling materials.
• Build strong relationships with Harvey Nichols management and store teams, and produce regular business reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong client‑service orientation with experience in personalised consultations.
• Capability to manage treatment bookings and coordinate therapist schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for media, influencer and VIP hosting.
