Retail Advisor – Flexible Part‑Time Role in Preston

About the role

EE Retail is looking for enthusiastic Retail Advisors to join our Preston store. Working 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule, you will help customers connect to the moments that matter by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face advice and support to customers throughout the store.
• Promote and sell EE & BT products, meeting on‑target commission goals.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized and reflects brand standards.
• Adapt to changing shift patterns and store demand.

Required profile

• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to achieve targets without prior retail experience.
