About the role

Levi’s® is looking for confident, driven and customer‑focused individuals to join our Durham store as 8‑hour Retail Assistants on weekends. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and helping shoppers discover the perfect style.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

• Team player with a self‑motivated sales mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a natural approach to customer interaction.
• Availability to work weekends on an 8‑hour shift pattern.
