About the Role

Are you passionate about health and well-being? As a Retail Assistant, you will become a key ambassador for our brand, guiding customers through their personal wellness journeys and providing expert advice to help them achieve their health goals.

Main Missions

• Act as a dedicated wellness ambassador, providing personalized product recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Guide customers through their wellness journey by sharing expert knowledge and product benefits.
• Maintain high store standards by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are correctly implemented.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and presentation standards within the store.
• Complete the 'Qualified to Advise' training to enhance your expertise and advisory skills.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and exceed store performance objectives.

Profile Required

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for health, nutrition, and well-being.
• A curious mindset with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• A proactive team player capable of multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology (tablets) for product reviews and digital tasks.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your attitude and passion are our priority.
