Retail Assistant Manager – Lead Store Team

About the role

Superdrug is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team at its St Ives store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellent customer service and maintain operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire and motivate a team to exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, merchandising and effective stock control.
• Create an engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain operational excellence, including audits, budgets and stock management.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience (ideally 1+ years).
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on hitting targets.

Required skills

• Piercing services (training provided).
