Retail Assistant – Part‑time evenings & weekends

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Retail Assistant to join our Feltham store on a permanent part‑time basis. The role covers at least 16 hours across four days each week, with shifts on weekday evenings and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them locate products.
• Operate tills efficiently, offering assistance with packing and checkout.
• Receive and unload deliveries, stock freezers and shelves promptly.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop environment.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily and weekly store routines.

Required profile

• Positive, hard‑working attitude and enjoyment of a busy environment.
• Reliability and ability to be a key member of a small team.
• Flexibility to adapt shift patterns when covering for colleagues.
• Commitment to punctuality and delivering excellent customer service.
