Retail Associate (Part‑time Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our Homesense store in Taunton. The role is part‑time and offered on a contractor basis, with flexible shifts between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday‑Sunday. Whether you are starting your career or looking for extra hours, you will work in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions and process returns.
• Assist in fitting rooms, stock the sales floor and maintain tidy back‑room areas.
• Support visual merchandising and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Participate in training programmes and develop product knowledge.
