About the role

Join the TK Maxx team in Taunton as a part‑time Retail Associate, working 16‑20 hours per week across all days. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping environment while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their visit.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions and handle payments.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and support back‑room operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well‑presented.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail expertise.
