About the role

Join the TK Maxx team in Workington as a part‑time Retail Associate. You will work an 8‑hour shift, delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience for customers while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their visit.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions and process returns.
• Provide fitting‑room support and maintain a tidy, inviting sales floor.
• Assist with back‑room tasks such as stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
• Keep the store clean and ensure visual standards are met.
