About the role
Join a vibrant betting shop team as a Retail Sales Assistant, delivering an engaging and safe gaming experience to customers. You will work on the shop floor, building relationships and supporting the branch manager in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, promote loyalty and create a friendly shop atmosphere.
- Accept bets, settle them accurately and process payouts.
- Promote company campaigns and special offers.
- Monitor competitor activity to keep the shop competitive.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to responsible gambling policies.
- Deputise for the Branch Manager when required.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about customer interaction and teamwork.
- Comfortable handling cash and numbers.
- Professional personal presentation and reliable punctuality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
