Retail Bureau Manager (Store Manager)

About the role

Eurochange is looking for a Retail Bureau Manager to lead a small team in its Bishop's Stortford branch. This part‑time position (30 hours per week) combines sales leadership, customer service excellence and compliance oversight within a fast‑moving foreign‑exchange retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own branch performance, driving revenue and profitability through strong sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of retail colleagues to deliver personalised, engaging experiences.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their travel money needs and matching them with appropriate products.
• Promote the full range of Eurochange services, simplifying the travel‑money experience.
• Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC and company procedures, maintaining the brand’s reputation for integrity.
• Conduct regular cash reconciliations, audits and KPI analysis to manage risk and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational excellence, keeping the branch organised, secure and compliant with all regulations.
• Collaborate with regional managers and support teams to share insights and drive wider business success.
