Retail Business Owner – Audiology Joint Venture (North West London)

About the role
Join Specsavers as a Retail Business Owner in a joint‑venture audiology operation serving North West London. You will own 30% of the business, lead a high‑performing team and deliver life‑changing hearing care directly to customers in their homes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.
- Drive business growth across a diverse territory covering Harrow, Wembley, Brent, Hampstead, Camden, Islington, Barnet and Enfield.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and healthcare networks.
- Facilitate customers’ access to hearing care services in their homes.
Required profile
- Ambitious and commercially minded individual.
- Proven leadership capability and business acumen.
- Desire to own and grow a business asset.
Required skills
What we offer
- Guaranteed annual salary of £35,000.
- £5,000 car allowance or company car.
- 30% shareholding in the business.
- 30% of business profits paid as dividends.
- Autonomy to shape and grow the venture with the support of the Specsavers brand.
