About the role
Join Aldi as a Career Starter Apprentice and dive into a dynamic retail environment where theory meets hands‑on store work. Over a one‑year programme you’ll gain a Level 2 Retail qualification while contributing to daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Combine classroom learning with practical tasks on the shop floor.
- Support Store Managers and Assistants in delivering excellent customer service.
- Participate in stock handling, merchandising and cash‑handling procedures.
- Collaborate with a close‑knit team to maintain store standards and efficiency.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing a retail career.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Committed to completing the one‑year apprenticeship programme.
Required skills
