Retail Consultant – Customer Service & Sales

About the role
Join The Body Shop as a Retail Consultant and help drive sales and profit while delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will support the store management team and embody the brand’s ethical beauty values.
Key responsibilities
- Assist store management in achieving sales targets and profitability.
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers about products and their ethical origins.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand values at all times.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Genuine passion for beauty and retail.
- Availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
