Retail Customer Advisor – 12 hrs/week, Swindon

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Customer Advisor to join our Three store in Swindon. Working 12 hours across 2‑3 days per week, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right mobile and broadband solutions while delivering a friendly, knowledgeable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their individual needs.
• Promote and sell Three’s mobile, broadband and related services.
• Achieve personal and store KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction scores.
• Provide personalised solutions and resolve basic product or service queries.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping people.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating basis.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile phone features and plans.

• Hourly rate of £13.72 plus an on‑target bonus of up to 15%.
