About the role

Join Entain’s dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops as a Retail Customer Service Manager. You’ll deliver top‑class service to customers, promote responsible gambling and help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
• Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
• Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
• Demonstrate betting products and terminals to customers.
• Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and problem‑solving.
• Work towards defined targets and goals.
• Maintain high shop standards and ensure a clean, organized environment.
• Open and close the shop as a key holder, following rota schedules.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

Required skills

• Cash handling.
• Operation of betting terminals and related equipment.
• Basic problem‑solving and complaint handling.
