Retail Customer Service Representative

About the role
Join Betfred’s retail team and help create a welcoming, responsible betting environment for customers. You will work on the shop floor, processing bets, answering queries and promoting Betfred’s gaming and sports products.
Key responsibilities
- Process customers’ bets quickly and accurately.
- Respond to customer queries with product knowledge.
- Promote and support key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented shop environment.
- Handle cash transactions with care and follow age‑verification policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
