Retail Development Advisor – Business Development

About the role

As a Retail Development Advisor you will act as the guardian of Porsche's retail network data and provide end‑to‑end project management support for all Retail Development initiatives. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, meet brand standards and help Porsche Cars GB showcase exceptional brand representation across its dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and protect all retail network information, including capacity, investments and project timelines.
• Liaise with Porsche AG, brand architects and suppliers to plan, track and roll out Destination Porsche submissions, multisensory strategies and new retail formats.
• Coordinate the Porsche Strategy Guidelines (PSG) variable dealer margin programme, documentation, appeals process and quarterly payments.
• Manage the retail facility standards audit programme to ensure compliance with brand requirements.
• Support the development and rollout of new retail concepts and future formats.
• Provide shared access to accurate retail network data for internal decision‑making.
• Create dealer and investor summary packs for reviews.
• Maintain the dealer network master data at all times.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, preferably in retail, automotive or property development.
• Strong capability in maintaining accurate master data and tracking project status.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of data protection and corporate governance.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, dealer partners, suppliers and external auditors.
• Ability to interpret capacity, investment and performance data to support decision‑making.
