Retail Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Development Manager to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning retailer operating across Merseyside and Preston. This full‑time, Monday‑Friday position focuses on supporting store customers to achieve their business objectives and drive sustainable growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise sales and improve store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Grow and develop client stores by identifying expansion opportunities and implementing improvement plans.
• Continuously liaise with suppliers to secure product availability and negotiate terms.
• Visit customers, retailers and clients regularly to promote services, offers, and new initiatives.
• Analyse store performance data to uncover growth potential and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute development strategies and monitor results.
