About the role

Join Dyson’s High Wycombe store as a Retail Expert, delivering hands‑on demos of cutting‑edge hair‑care technology and providing premium customer experiences. This part‑time, on‑site role works 13 hours per week across Monday and Tuesday.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase Dyson hair‑care innovations and demonstrate product features.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
• Collaborate with store colleagues to present the full Dyson range.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Dyson’s high standards.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and support the team throughout the day.
• Support business plans and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Share product knowledge confidently to increase engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Enthusiasm for technology and confidence discussing Dyson innovations.
• Proactive, ambitious attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
• Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
