Retail Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Retail Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in London. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will bring the Fable & Mane brand to life across global retail and in‑store touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver premium retail and print creative for POS, signage, window displays, visual merchandising, posters, brochures, packaging support assets, and experiential retail touchpoints.
• Create visually compelling retail assets that reflect the brand across international markets while maintaining consistency.
• Prepare accurate, print‑ready artwork files across multiple formats and specifications.
• Liaise with external printers and production partners to ensure high‑quality production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams on product launches, retailer activations, campaigns, and events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
• Experience designing retail collateral and visual merchandising assets.
• Ability to adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and international markets.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
