About the role

Join Decathlon UK’s Retail Management Graduate Programme and rotate through key store functions, from front‑line advising to department leadership. Over a fast‑paced 6‑month journey you will develop the skills needed to become a future retail manager while sharing your passion for sport with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Month 1‑3: Act as a Sport Advisor, delivering excellent customer service, managing stock, and optimising store layout.
• Month 4‑5: Step up as Duty Manager, ensuring safety, overseeing store flow, making real‑time operational decisions, and beginning talent recruitment.
• Month 6 onward: Transition to Department Manager, taking ownership of commercial performance, P&L basics, and team development.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong enthusiasm for sports and retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
