About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume store. This role offers a clear pathway to future Store Management positions within a thriving big‑box retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a key department and assume Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
• Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to create a positive and productive working environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the store.
• Maintain high standards of stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Leader, Department Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and inspiring teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance through people.
• Ambition to progress into a Store Management position.
