Retail Merchandiser – POS (Morrisons) – Middlesbrough

About the role

Dee Set is looking for a reliable Retail Merchandiser to install supplier‑funded point‑of‑sale (POS) materials in Morrisons stores across Middlesbrough. This fixed‑term position runs until 30 May 2027 and involves short, regular visits to stores on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

Key responsibilities

• Receive POS deliveries at home and transport them to designated Morrisons locations.
• Install and arrange POS displays according to brand guidelines and planograms.
• Coordinate with store staff to secure access and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Capture photographic evidence and record details of each installation for reporting.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance, challenges, and successes.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with store teams.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
