Retail Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially driven Retail Operations Manager to own all aspects of our retail footprint. Based in London, you will lead the planning and execution of pop‑ups, new store openings, and day‑to‑day retail operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of pop‑ups and retail activations, managing timelines, budgets and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (brand, marketing, visual merchandising, logistics, merchandising, retail staff) and external vendors to deliver stores that meet brand standards.
• Oversee production of fixtures, fittings, signage and equipment for new stores and temporary spaces.
• Manage hiring, rotas and staffing levels for pop‑ups and stores, working with Store Retail Managers.
• Control stock allocation, replenishment and transfers across all locations, collaborating with warehouse and e‑commerce teams.
• Develop and implement operational processes, ensuring compliance with health & safety and local regulations.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and boost store performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in retail operations, pop‑ups or store development.
• Strong project‑management ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with brand, marketing and logistics teams.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of retail KPIs.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Willingness to travel for store openings and activations.
