Key responsibilities

• Provide confident, personalised advice on frames, lenses and accessories.
• Learn to adjust frames, assist customers with fittings and perform minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using modern optical equipment.
• Handle store administration and support tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Confident and engaging when interacting with customers.
• Passionate about eyewear fashion and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator who listens to and understands customer needs.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of frame adjustment and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with optical retail technology.
