Key responsibilities

• Provide confident, personalised advice on frames, lenses and designer sunglasses.
• Learn to adjust frames, assist with fittings and carry out minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using modern optical equipment.
• Handle administrative duties to keep the store operating smoothly.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and engaging when interacting with customers.
• Passionate about eyewear fashion and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator who listens to and understands customer needs.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic frame adjustment and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with optical testing equipment.
